Celebrating 31 Years!
Saturday, October 10th, 2009 TIME: 9 a.m. til 4 p.m.
The Wiggins Cabin Festival is one of the oldest festivals in Arkansas. In 2009 we are celebrating our 31st year of festival fun.
This year we will bring back the 5k run/walk. The race will begin at the Cabin and travel down the truck route 133 spur to 3rd Avenue. Runners will then take a right on 3rd and travel to Main street and turn right. They will follow Main street until they reach the 133 spur (truck route) at Brookshires and turn right and finish at the Cabin. The Wiggins Walk will leave with the runners but take a right on 8th to Arkansas Street and turn back to the right on 9th. The Wiggins walkers will take a left on the truck route back to Cabin to finish up.
This year T-shirts may be purchased in advance from Carol Murphy, phone 364-1299. Your 2009 Wiggins Cabin Festival shirts may also be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce. T-Shirts cost $10 for s-xl shirts and $11 for larger sizes.
